Thank you for allowing GuideStone® to serve you and your family. Our mission is to provide you with medical and dental plans that give you value while sharing your values.
If you are not changing plans, you will automatically be re-enrolled in your current plan. No further action is necessary.
Follow these Five Easy Steps to Medical and Dental re-enrollment:

You will receive your re-enrollment packet in the mail.
Go to Get A Quote to find all of your rates in one location. Simply fill out the applicable information.
Submit changes by November 16, 2018
If you are not making changes, you do not need to take action. You will automatically be enrolled in the same plan for 2019. Plan changes will take effect January 1, 2019.
All changes must be made by November 15, 2018 in order to receive ID cards by January 1, 2019.
Your new elections will take effect on January 1, 2019.
