Thank you for allowing GuideStone® to serve you and your family. Our mission is to provide you with medical and dental plans that give you value while sharing your values.
If you are not changing plans, you will automatically be re-enrolled in your current plan. No further action is necessary.
Follow these Three Easy Steps to Medical and Dental re-enrollment:
- Review your plan options.
- Review your rates and confirm your selections.
- Review your important notices.

If you have questions regarding your 2021 re-enrollment, please view these frequently asked re-enrollment questions. If you don’t find the answer you are looking for, you can complete the contact form.
You will receive an email informing you that online re-enrollment is available with instructions on how to make your selections for 2021. If you do not wish to use online re-enrollment simply contact our customer solutions specialist and they will be happy to assist you.
If you are not making changes, you do not need to take action. You will automatically be enrolled in the same plan for 2021. Plan changes will take effect January 1, 2021.
All changes must be made by November 12, 2020 in order to receive ID cards by January 1, 2021.
Your new elections will take effect on January 1, 2021.
