Care Plus Plan Covers: Medicare Part A (hospitalization), Part B (physician) and Part D (prescription drugs) services
  • You visit the doctor frequently.
  • You have a chronic condition that requires specialized care and/or supplies.
Care Basic Plan Covers: Medicare Part A (hospitalization) and Part D (prescription drugs) services
  • You are generally healthy and primarily want coverage for hospital stays.
  • You need a plan with a lower monthly cost.
Senior Plus Plan** Covers: Medicare Part A (hospitalization), Part B (physician) and Part D (prescription drugs) services
  • You visit the doctor frequently.
  • You have a chronic condition that requires specialized care and/or supplies.
Senior Plan** Covers: Medicare Part A (hospitalization) and Part D (prescription drugs) services
  • You are generally healthy and primarily want coverage for hospital stays.
  • You need a plan with a lower monthly cost.
Care Today Plan* Covers: Medicare Part A (hospitalization), Part B (physician) and Part D (prescription drugs) services
  • You visit the doctor frequently.
  • You have a chronic condition that requires specialized care and/or supplies.
  • You'd rather spend more for your plan each month so you're protected from unexpected costs at the doctor's office.

*The Care Today Plan is different from the other Medicare-coordinating plans. You may not offer the Care Today Plan and another Medicare-coordinating plan to the same class of employees. To offer both Care Today and another plan to your employees, you must have different classes and offer only the Care Today plan to one of those classes.

**To offer the Senior, Senior Plus or Care Today plan, the employer must contribute at least 50% of the plan cost for each employee or retiree who joins the Senior, Senior Plus or Care Today plan.
