With an accident insurance plan through GuideStone, you can count on a Christian organization to be there for your family when the unforeseen happens.  Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Personal Accident plans offer protection should you die or suffer a specified loss in an accident. Both plans can provide protection and assistance in times of need. The Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan (AD&D) is available only to employees who have Term Life coverage through GuideStone.  The Personal Accident Plan is available for both the employee and spouse.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (employee only)
Benefits	Pays you or your beneficiary if you die or suffer a specified loss (eyesight, hand or foot) in an accident
Coverage Amount	Equals Employee Term Life Plan amount
Monthly rates (employee only)
Age	All ages
Rate	2.5¢ per $1,000 coverage

Personal Accident Plan (employee and spouse)
Benefits	Pays you or your beneficiary if you die or suffer a specified loss (eyesight, hand or foot) in an accident
Employee coverage amount	$25,000 increments up to a maximum of $500,000
Spouse coverage amount	50% of employee coverage amount
