How do I fill a mail order prescription?
You can have your doctor fax your prescription information to Medco Health. Have your doctor complete and fax the Prescription Fax Form.  You can also call Medco Health's toll-free number, 1-800-555-3432, or download and print the Medco Rx Mail Order Form. Mail completed form to:

How can I check on the status of my refill?

• Call Medco Health at 1-800-555-3432 or log on to Medco Health's website.
• Click on "Prescription Order Status."
• Enter the primary insured's Social Security number for "Member Number."
• Enter any home delivery 12-digit prescription number dispensed by Medco in the last six months.
• Click on "Get Order Status."

How do I file a claim for reimbursement of a prescription I purchased?
Download and print the Medco Health Prescription Drug Reimbursement Form.  Mail completed form and receipt(s) to:
