Thank you for allowing GuideStone® to serve you and your family. Our mission is to provide you with medical and dental plans that give you value while sharing your values.

If you are not changing plans, you will automatically be re-enrolled in your current plan. No further action is necessary. 

Follow these Five Easy Steps to Medical and Dental re-enrollment:

  1. Review your plan options.
  2. Review your rates.
  3. Confirm your selections.
  4. Review your important notices.
  5. View your online resources.

To help you make informed decisions, we’ve provided useful information in the step-by-step box below.

Note: If you have coverage through your employer as part of GuideStone Group Plans, please see your benefits administrator for your specific benefits information. Not all options may be available to you.

Step 2 – Review Your Plan Rates
Option 1 - MyGuideStone

Login to MyGuideStone and click the "Insurance tab". You will see a message "Are you here for Re-enrollment?" and simply follow the prompts for your medical and dental rates.

Option 2 – Get A Quote

With Get A Quote you can find all of your rates in one location. Simply go to Get A Quote and fill out the applicable information.

Step 3 – Confirm Your Selections

Submit changes by November 16, 2017

Option 1 – Re-enroll with No Changes

If you are not making changes, you do not need to take action. You will automatically be enrolled in the same plan for 2018. Plan changes will take effect January 1, 2018. 

Option 2 – Re-enroll with Changes

All changes must be made by November 16, 2017 in order to receive ID cards by January 1, 2018.

Your new elections will take effect on January 1, 2018.
