Term life
Employee term life is available in salary multiples up to eight times your annual salary (to a maximum of $750,000, or in flat amounts from $10,000 to $50,000 and $100,000). Use our life insurance calculator to help decide which coverage option is best for you.
Spouse term life coverage is available in increments of $5,000 up to $250,000 but no more than half of the employee's coverage.

For just 75 cents per month per family, the Child Term Life Plan offers $10,000 of coverage for each of your eligible dependent children.
