Gain Peace-of-Mind With a GuideStone Senior Health Plan
The Senior Plan and Senior Plus Plan help to minimize your out-of-pocket health care expenses by supplementing your Medicare coverage. These plans are available to active employees, retirees and dependents who are eligible for GuideStone medical coverage and have Medicare as their primary payer of benefits.
Select the plan that’s right for you.
Out-of-pocket costs can have a huge impact on your monthly budget. In addition to the monthly rate, it’s important for you to consider the levels of coverage each plan offers. If you anticipate visiting the doctor often or regularly taking medications, it may be more cost-effective for you to enroll in the Senior Plus Plan. The Part B coverage and prescription drug copays on the Senior Plus Plan may be able to save you enough money in out-of-pocket expenses to balance out the higher monthly rate.
Consider the questions below to help decide what’s most important to you, then choose the plan you are interested in to read the detailed information about each plan.

Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage
When you’re enrolled in a medical plan through GuideStone, there’s no need to get Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage elsewhere. Both the Senior Plan and Senior Plus Plan include prescription drug benefits that are as good as or better than Medicare’s minimum requirements and have no annual prescription drug maximums. And both plans offer additional health care benefits not included in a Medicare Part D plan. Check out these great features!
