How to submit your claim online

  • Log on to Highmark's Web site.
  • Select the “Your Spending” tab at the top of the page.
  • Click on the “View Claims” link in the middle of the page.
  • Click on “View Your Medical Claims” or “View Your Pharmacy Claims,” whichever is applicable.
  • Key in desired date span. Click “Search Claims.” List of all claims within date span are displayed. Note: Your claims lists may be more than one page long. Use the number spans next to “Claim Results” to move to the next page. — HSA balances are displayed at the top of the claims page.
  • Use the check box to select claims for which you wish to receive reimbursement. Click “Continue.” Multiple check boxes can be selected. Use the “Pay To” drop-down box to select payee, member or provider.
  • Use the “Pay From” drop-down box to select the HSA spending account.
  • Verify number of claims and dollar amount. Click “Confirm.”
  • Request sent to PNC Global Investment Servicing for disbursement.

If you choose to use the money in your HSA, you can submit your claim online to the account administrator, request the money electronically using the “Redeem” functionality, use the debit card made available on this account or submit a paper claim.
