How to use the "Redeem" functionality

• Log on to Highmark's Web site.
• Click on the “Your Spending” tab at the top of the page.
• Click on the “Spending Account” link in the middle of the page.
• Click on the “HSA — PFPC” link at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the secure PFPC Web site.
• Click on the “Redeem” link on the left-hand side of the Web page.
• Enter desired amount in dollars and cents in the Redemption Amount box.
• Click “Submit.”

Note: “Redeem” should be used primarily for claim expenses not processed by Highmark — for example: dental expenses, vision expenses, over-the-counter medication. Do not use “Redeem” if your reimbursement is being requested through auto-submit or if you submit manually via the Highmark Web site.
